Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of ZML Tools. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Easy Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect tool, please contact us immediately at zmltools@outlook.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please email us at zmltools@outlook.com with your Order Number, item details, and reason for return. Please do NOT send returns back to the address on the shipping package without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Tools showing signs of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized disassembly.
- Clearance / Final Sale items.
- Gift cards.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return process upon receiving the package.
